    + How do I join the Passport Program?

    We are always accepting new members into the Passport Program! Simply sign up at your local Gordon Biersch, Big River, Bluewater Grille, A1A, Ragtime, or Seven Bridges and after you receive your card visit us at craftworksrestaurants.com/rewards to register and complete the process.

    + Can I join the Passport Program through the website?

    Although we've come pretty far from where we started, we haven't ventured here yet. For now, members must visit us in store in order to join the Program.

    + How do I register my Passport card?

    Do I have to register it in order to get points for my visit? To start accruing points, your card must first be activated which is done by your server on the day that you receive your membership card. You will then need to register it online in order to check your account balance and redeem your points. You can register while you are in the restaurant using a smartphone and QR code – it only takes a minute and you will be registered quickly. You can also register your Passport card after you leave by visiting our website (craftworksrestaurants.com/rewards).If you need help registering your card online, please contact Passport Guest Services.

    + Is my $10 Welcome Reward stored on my Passport card?

    Yes, your $10 Welcome Reward will be stored on your Passport card after registration. The $10 value will be available to you for 30 days after card registration. The $10 Welcome Reward will expire after 30 days.

    + I've heard about "Stored Value". What is that?

    Stored value is our way of getting you your rewards as quickly as possible. When you redeem your Passport Points online, the Instant Reward option adds the funds directly onto your Passport Rewards card so that you won't have to wait for a gift card to arrive in the mail. Purchases will be deducted from the Stored Value balance; this gives you the option of using the entire amount in one visit or over several visits. Stored value may be subject to expiration and is not redeemable for cash.

    + Do I need my card every visit?

    We do require your account number for you to receive credit. If you do not have your account number, provide your server with your registered phone number. How do I redeem my points? Visit your online account at craftworksrestaurants.com/rewards. If you are having trouble accessing your online account, you can contact Passport Guest Services and they will be able to assist you. passport@cwrestaurants.com

    + How do I access my account online?

    Visit us at craftworksrestaurants.com/rewards. If you have registered your card previously, select the "Account Login" link from the craftworksrestaurants.com/rewards page and enter your login information. We try to keep all account information current, however there may be some delay in making that data available to you.     + How do I have points added for a visit when I didn't have my Passport card with me?

    In order to have these points added, just email a copy of your receipt to Passport Guest Services (passport@cwrestaurants.com) along with your Passport card number.

    + Do Passport points expire?

    Passport points do not expire although rewards may change over time. It is possible for your Passport points to go inactive if your card is not used within 12 months. If your Passport card goes inactive, your points are still on your card but you will need to contact us to get it reactivated. Once your card is reactivated the points that you had previously earned will be immediately available to you.

    + Does my Passport account expire?

    Your Passport card will not expire but it will become inactive if it's not used within 12 months. If your Passport card goes inactive, all your points will remain on your card but you will need to contact us to reactivate it. Once your card is reactivated, the points that you had previously earned will be immediately available to you. If you need to have your card reactivated, please contact Passport Guest Services. passport@cwrestaurants.com

    + I lost my Passport card, can I get another one?

    Definitely! Simply visit your local Gordon Biersch, Big River, Bluewater Grille, A1A, Ragtime, or Seven Bridges and provide them with your card number. They will activate and transfer your information to a new card.


    Club Rules

    Passport Rewards Terms and Conditions

    ELIGIBILITY: Members must be 21 years of age or older. The Passport Rewards program is intended for individual use only. Individuals may not have more than one membership. Family members may not share a membership. Points may not be accumulated for a business entity. Accounts will be deactivated if not used within 12 months. If applicable laws prohibit us from offering the program to you, then you may not participate in the program. If applicable law prohibits us from offering you a feature of the program, then we may either not offer you that feature of the program or revoke your membership in the program. CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries employees and family members or people living in the same household as a CW employee are not eligible to participate. 

    GETTING STARTED: You must register your card with a valid name, mailing address, active e-mail address, and telephone number. Members are responsible for updating this information. Members cannot get credit for visits prior to registration in the Passport Rewards program web site. 

    LOCATIONS: Passport Rewards benefits and awards are available at participating Gordon Biersch, Big River, Bluewater Grille, A1A, Ragtime or Seven Bridges locations only. Rewards may vary by restaurant location. Gordon Biersch reserves the right to add or withdraw participating locations without prior notice. 

    ACCUMULATING REWARDS & POINTS: Points are credited to your account when presenting your Passport Rewards card to your server at the restaurant. Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point for $1.00 spent on food and beverages, excluding tax and gratuity. Points are not awarded for the purchase of gift cards. Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points. If a bill is paid by credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the Passport Rewards card. Passport Rewards Points are only awarded for checks that are paid for with cash, credit card, or purchased gift cards. If a portion of the meal is paid for with a discount, gift certificates, or promotional gift card, members cannot accrue points for that portion of their check. 

    Members cannot accrue points for purchases that are paid with Stored Value from their Passport Rewards Card or purchases that are paid with gift cards that were issued to the guest for redeeming their Passport Rewards Points. Any errors on guest check receipt must be adjusted on the day the transaction was made. LAWS MAY PROHIBIT ACCUMULATION OF POINTS FROM ALCOHOL PURCHASES ONLY. 

    USING REWARDS & POINTS: Redemption of points and reward may vary depending on the location, particular offer or reward, and availability. Points and stored value are non-transferable. Points and stored value have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Unredeemed rewards or stored value will be stored on your card until your next visit or the expiration of the reward or stored value. Points, stored value and rewards are subject to expiration. 

    CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF BENEFITS: Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us at passport@cwrestaurants.com. Passport Rewards may cancel this program in its entirety; end or modify any specific reward or benefit; modify requirements for earning benefits, modify the time period in which you have to earn a particular benefit; and/or modify any other feature of the program at any time and without prior notice. Any changes to the program or a particular reward may result in the expiration of your points or stored value and those expired points or stored value will have no cash value. Accumulated points or stored value are not member property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time, even though such action may adversely affect the member's right to use previously accumulated points or stored value. Federal and State tax liabilities are the responsibility of the cardholder. 

    WEBSITES: CraftWorks makes available to its members information about the Passport Rewards through its web site. Circumstances beyond our control may cause such information to be incomplete or unavailable. Therefore, CraftWorks does not warrant or guarantee that its web site information will be available or accurate at all times. 

    PERSONAL INFORMATION: We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit or use our web site. We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from our browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested. We may use this information for three internal purposes: (1) to customize the content you see; (2) to fulfill your request for certain services and information; and, (3) to contact you for the purpose of communicating about the program and special offers. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We will, however, send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when: (1) we have your consent to share the information; or, (2) we need to share your information to provide the product or service you requested; or (3) we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Passport Rewards to produce a product or service to you (unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us); or (4) we respond to subpoenas or court orders or legal processes. 

    LEGAL LIABILITY LIMITS: You agree that CraftWorks and its parent company, subsidiaries, their directors, officers, employees, agents, franchisees and their parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable to you for: (1) any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, accident, cost or expense, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to the Passport Rewards program, these Terms & Conditions, and the Web site; (2) any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, arising out of or related to the Passport Rewards program, (3) use of the information you provide to us to enroll in the Passport Rewards program. The law of the state of Tennessee without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern your enrollment and participation in the program and our performance of our obligations under the program.
